At HOYTS Gift Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your items, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original condition.

  Ship the Package

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized shipping location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
